NTU President’s Scholarship: Covers full tuition fees + $6,500 per year living expenses + free accommodation, exclusive to the world's top students!
ASEAN Scholarship: For Southeast Asian students, offers full tuition waiver and airfare subsidy. The top 10% of applicants are eligible.
Discipline-Specific Scholarships: Awards range from $5,000 to $15,000 for programs such as Engineering and Business.

In addition, effective August 2024, NTU has announced a major policy change: undergraduate students from the poorest families will no longer have to pay tuition fees!
The per capita income for these families is capped at S$1,100. The university will supplement existing government bursaries to fully subsidize tuition fees for these students.
This initiative is expected to benefit over 3,000 undergraduate students, significantly reducing the financial burden on students from low-income families. 2. The following are the specific categories of bursaries.
NTU Study Grant: Applicants with a monthly household income of SGD 2,700 or less can apply for up to 90% tuition fee waiver.
MOE Tuition Grant: International students who sign a three-year work agreement in Singapore can enjoy a 40%-60% tuition fee reduction!
Currently, students who receive bursaries receive at least 54% of their tuition fees, and some can even offset the remaining tuition fees with additional scholarships and bursaries.
3. Loans and Work-Study Programs
Interest-free Tuition Loan: Covers up to 90% of tuition fees, with repayments commencing six months after graduation.
On-campus Part-time Job: Library/Laboratory Assistant: Hourly wage of $10-$15, monthly income of $800+ without impacting coursework.
II. Emergency Assistance (AskFinAid)
Timely response, urgent relief
If you missed the application window and urgently need financial assistance, Nanyang Technological University's "AskFinAid" platform will provide timely and effective assistance. The university will contact you as soon as possible to tailor a solution for you.
III. Key Application Deadlines for 2025
1. Scholarship Application: October 1st - December 31st annually (early application is a big advantage!)
2. Financial Aid Deadline: Submit proof of family income within 30 days of admission.
3. Loan Disbursement: Applications are processed on a rolling basis throughout the year, with results released within 5 business days.

IV. Evergreen Fund
Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is committed not only to the present but also to long-term development.
It has established the NTU Priority Fund to provide financial assistance to the neediest students and encourages beneficiaries to continue making donations after graduation, perpetuating the cycle of giving and fostering a culture of philanthropy.
This Evergreen Fund will become a valuable resource for the university, providing ongoing support for future students in need. In July 2023, approximately 10,000 NTU graduates will proudly join the NTU alumni community and present graduation gifts to their alma mater.
